1. Customization & Design Approval:

- Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all text, spellings, fonts, dimensions, and design details during the mockup approval stage.

- Once a mockup is approved by the customer, production begins and changes cannot be made.

- Minor color differences may exist between digital mockup screens and physical acrylic materials.

2. Orders & Payments:

- Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

- All product prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Product Handling & Installation:

- Acrylic signage and decor items are delicate and must be handled with care.

- We are not liable for any physical damage or breakage caused due to improper handling, mishandling during unboxing, or faulty self-installation.

4. Portfolio & Promotion:

- We reserve the right to photograph finished custom products and feature them on our social media platforms or website for showcase purposes, unless the customer requests otherwise in advance.

5. Jurisdiction:

- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with transactions or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malappuram, Kerala, India.
