1. Order Cancellation:

- Since all our acrylic signage and decor items are custom-made to order, cancellations are not accepted without our reasonable mistakes

- Once the laser cutting or fabrication process has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Return & Replacement:

- Custom-made and personalized products are strictly non-returnable.

- If your product arrives damaged, broken in transit, or with a manufacturing defect/spelling error from our end, we will provide a free replacement.

- To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos and an uncut unboxing video showing the packaging and the damage.

3. Refund Process:

- If a valid cancellation is made within the eligible timeframe, or if a replacement cannot be fulfilled for a verified damaged product, a refund will be issued.

- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (bank account/UPI/card) within 5 to 7 business days.
